Mauritius is full of typical Creole culinary specialties which you can sample in the hotel's 2 restaurants: Le Food Comptoir and the beach restaurant Au Grill Beach. One full day catamaran cruise (once per stay) including open bar and lunch on board (departure from Sunset Boulevard's jetty and weather permitting). Minimum 7 nights stay required.
The cruise is neither transferable nor payable in case guest decides to cancel or if hotel cancelling due to bad weather.

Immersion in Mauritian nature
Nestled in the heart of Chamarel, the Ebony Forest is a sanctuary home to some endangered species. Your guided walking tour begins with a stop at the observation post, which provides a view of the bird nurseries.
At the end of the tour, you will plant a young plant or its seeds. The excursion continues further south to "Kaz'alala," which historically was part of an old sugar mill, for a traditional Mauritian lunch.
Then visit the World of Seashells, a museum in Mauritius housing the largest collection of shells from the African continent.
Upon leaving the museum, the next visit will be to a recycling factory in Bel Ombre.
