Mauritius is full of typical Creole culinary specialties which you can sample in the hotel's 2 restaurants: Le Food Comptoir and the beach restaurant Au Grill Beach. On the beach, relax with a cocktail at Bar La Crique, or opt for the more traditional style of Bar La Varangue. Finally, don't leave without trying the delicious dholl puri, savory pancakes stuffed with pea curry, rougail, chatini and a good Rodrigues chilli. A delicacy that all Mauritians appreciate!

Helicopter flight - Mauritius - Le Triolet - Heli Sun - 10 minutes

Board an Airbus H20 helicopter and fly to the northern beaches. During the day or at sunset, enjoy an incredible flight and admire shades of blue over the lagoons and Grand Bay. Enjoy a unique experience that will leave you with beautiful memories. Also enjoy a breathtaking view of the filaos along the northern coast, all bathed in sunlight. Helicopter flight - Mauritius - Le Triolet - Le Must - 25 minutes
From our base in Le Triolet, you will fly to the northern territories. You will discover Grand Bay, a fishing village and a famous seaside resort. Continue your flight in the direction of Coin de Mire. One of the islets located off the coast of Mauritius that can only be visited by air because of their status as natural parks. You will then approach the village of Cap Malheureux to see the famous red-roofed chapel. It will be a privilege for you to observe from the sky the colonies of protected birds as well as endemic reptile species. Continue your adventure with a flight over Ile d'Ambre, another of Mauritius' national parks. It is on this island that the famous ship "Saint Géran" ran aground and was the setting for the novel "Paul and Virginia" written by Bernardin de Saint Pierre. The experience ends with a flight over the Chateau de Labourdonnais and its domain, a bucolic place with its vegetation and its history. We wish you an excellent flight!
