From candlelit dinners to wood-fired pizzas and food trucks, the cuisine at Tamassa Bel Ombre has plenty of surprises in store. The main restaurant Show offers buffet-style dishes inspired by European, Asian, Indian and Balinese cuisine. Playa is an à la carte restaurant with a Mediterranean-inspired menu, while firm favourite the Food Truck serves up burgers and fries all day long. When night falls, head to B-Bar to sample some Mauritian rum and celebrate the flavours of Sugar Island.

At the end of the tour, you will plant a young plant or its seeds. The excursion continues further south to "Kaz'alala," which historically was part of an old sugar mill, for a traditional Mauritian lunch.
Then visit the World of Seashells, a museum in Mauritius housing the largest collection of shells from the African continent.
Upon leaving the museum, the next visit will be to a recycling factory in Bel Ombre.
