When I stayed at the Maritim Resort & Spa, I had the opportunity to emerge into a truly lush and relaxing setting. Here, everything is done to make you feel happy. The hotel overlooks a beautiful beach, boasts a tropical garden, is home to one of the island's most renowned spas, and offers a host of activities (golf, horse riding, etc.). All this is complemented by a wide range of restaurants and bars, so there's something for everyone!
Maritim Resort & Spa Mauritius 5* —
Located on the island's northwest coast and surrounded by 25 hectares of tropical gardens, Maritim Resort & Spa Mauritius 5* is a luxury resort in an exceptional setting.
The property overlooks the serene Turtle Bay, and guests can explore a rich underwater world and observe marine life thanks to the onsite diving school.
Back on land, there are two pristine swimming pools and a spa offering Ayurvedic treatments. Gallop along the sands on horseback at the equestrian centre, and catch up over the day's adventures in one of the chic beachside restaurants and bars.

Deluxe Plus Room (58 m²)
The Deluxe Plus Rooms offer all the same style and extensive amenities as the Deluxe Rooms, but with even more space. Truly the perfect base for a relaxing holiday.
Junior Suite (63 m²)
Located in the new wing in front of the huge infinity pool and bar, the Junior Suites have a soothing ambience and great views of the surrounding landscape and river.

Nestled in the heart of Chamarel, the Ebony Forest is a sanctuary home to some endangered species. Your guided walking tour begins with a stop at the observation post, which provides a view of the bird nurseries.
At the end of the tour, you will plant a young plant or its seeds. The excursion continues further south to "Kaz'alala," which historically was part of an old sugar mill, for a traditional Mauritian lunch.
Then visit the World of Seashells, a museum in Mauritius housing the largest collection of shells from the African continent.
Upon leaving the museum, the next visit will be to a recycling factory in Bel Ombre.
