Your day will begin with a shopping session in the factory outlets of Floréal and Curepipe where you may be tempted by a jewel at the diamond cutting factory, Adamas. After a stop at the crater of Trou aux Cerfs where you will enjoy a panoramic view of all Mauritius, you will arrive at the mystical lake of Grand Bassin, the place of the Hindu Mauritian pilgrimage. You will then admire the unique site of the Gorges de la Rivière Noire with abundant endemic flora which is home to many rare monkeys and birds such as Straw Tail, Cateau Verte or Kestrel.
Then enjoy lunch at the restaurant Varangue Morne, a very good table on the island with breathtaking views of the forest and the Morne lagoon. Continue exploring the land of the seven colours and waterfalls of Chamarel and finally finish exploring one of the most beautiful forests endemic to Mauritius.
