• Minibar Items (One filling per day): 2 Soft Drinks, 2 Juices, 2 Beers, 2 Wines (375ml), 2 Assorted Snack items.
• Casual Snacks served at selected outlets from 10 am - 6 pm.
• 15% Discount on à la carte Restaurants.
• Service from: Main Bar and Pool Terrace is available from 10 am – 1am. The Main Restaurant will serve only at mealtimes.

*All drinks are served by glass, one at a time.

*Drinks from Speciality Restaurants are not part of the all inclusive plan. However, drinks will be served from a selected all-inclusive Menu of these outlets.

 

Diving, spa, sports & excursions:

• 10% Discount on selected Dive Rates.
• 20% Discount on selected Spa Treatments (not combinable with other promotions).
• Sauna & Steam Bath (subject to availability & booking).
• Snorkelling gear throughout the stay.
• Canoeing and Windsurfing (One Hour per day and subject to availability and booking).
• One Sunset Fishing excursion per person per stay for guests staying a minimum of 6 nights.
• Gymnasium, Aerobics, Snooker/Billiards, Darts, Table Tennis, Squash, Daylight Tennis, Badminton and Beach Volleyball.

*All sports are availabl,e subject to availability and advance booking. Lessons and certifications are at an extra charge.

 

Please note:

All honeymoon and wedding anniversary requests must include marriage certificates and must be notified at the time of booking or specified in the service voucher.

 

The all inclusive package does not include:

• Special events at à la carte restaurants.
• Drinks from speciality restaurants (except for a selected all-inclusive menu).
• Any additional minibar items beyond the daily replenishment.
• Premium or imported alcoholic drinks and bottled beverages.
• Additional honeymoon, wedding anniversary, or birthday gifts beyond the stated offerings.
• Anything not mentioned in the "Your all inclusive benefits" section above.

 

Please note:

• There are no refunds for missed meals and no benefits of the package can be transferred to another guest.
• All guests staying in the same room must be accommodated in the same hotel.
• Alcoholic beverages will not be served to persons under the age of 18.
• The all-inclusive package is only available for the guests' entire stay and guests who shorten their stay will not receive a refund.
• The hotel is not liable for any equipment, services and facilities that cannot be used due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
• A wristband must be worn at all times when checking into the hotel to identify eligibility for all-inclusive services and must be returned to the cashiers at check-in at reception.
• An additional charge of €15.00 ($20.00) will be made for a new wristband if the wristband is lost.
• The benefits of the package can be used until departure or until the departure time at noon, whichever is earlier. If the transfer is delayed or brought forward due to the rescheduling of the transfer, guests will not be able to request a refund.

Star rating standards may differ to that of the UK, depending on the country of travel.

If you book a package that includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package that does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as an agent for the accommodation provider.
