Villa Tiboldi is located in the Piedmont region in Northern Italy, and offers breathtaking views of the hills of Langhe and Roero.

A hilly area to the north of Alba and the River Tanaro the Langhe region is renowned for its fantastic wines, cheeses, and the famous Alba white truffle. A "must-visit" for any foodie!

Apart from visiting vineyards, the countryside in this area is wonderful to explore on foot, horseback or bike. We recommend you add car hire to explore with ease.

Your Hotel —

This small, family run property is a beautiful refuge ti escape the daily grind, focusing on food, wine and wellbeing. Amazing views over the extensive vineyards that surround the property are a truly inspiring sight in any season.

Bought in 1995 by the brothers Massimo and Roberto Damonte, owners of the Malvirà winery, this former farmhouse was lovingly renovated into a boutique countryside hotel. 

With just 10 bedrooms, a swimming pool and a fabulous restaurant, this feels like a welcoming family home - albeit a grand one!

Food and wine are integral to guests stay here, with cooking classes vineyard tours and wine tastings all readily available.

With a size of approximately 35 sqm, all the junior suites are south facing, and are located on first and second floor. They all have four poster beds for a romantic atmosphere. The bathrooms are spacious, with a shower or bathtub.

They also feature a comfortable lounge area, ideal for reading, having a glass of our wine or just to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards.

Some of the Junior Suites feature panoramic windows and a private balcony.

Restaurant
Taste the best of the region's specialties in the refined yet relaxed restaurant.
Breakfast is served From 8:30 am to 10.30 am and consists of a plentiful buffet in the winter garden or outside in the warmer months.

When the sun sets, an aperitif is the perfect opportunity to stop and relax. Wine, cocktails and natural fruit juices are accompanied by delicious, daily chaning appetizers.

For dinner, the chef and his team offer a wide range of dishes, from the traditional to the innovative, all fresh and delicious .
Open for dinner from Tuesday evening to Sunday evening.

When the restaurant is closed we suggest you visit the nearby Osteria dell Enoteca - a beautiful traditional trattoria just 10 minutes drive from Villa Tiboldi.

Malvira winery
The cellar, located below Villa Tiboldi, and the vinyeards that surround it are open for tastings and tours from Monday to Sunday from 8:00-12.00 and from 14:00-18:00. (By appointment only.)

Car Hire —

Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group.
The minimum age for driving a hire car in Italy is 21 and drivers must have held a full driving licence for a least 1 year.

The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver.  The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted).

The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on collection of the vehicle and in some cases a credit card or cash deposit will be required.

Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
