The main restaurant serves an imaginative evening menu built around South Tyrolean and Italian produce — nettle gnocchi, homemade ravioli, dishes that move between hearty alpine and light Mediterranean depending on the season. The kitchen has been recognised by Falstaff, La Cuisine and Feinschmecker.
For special evenings, Frieda's Fine Dining offers a refined five-course tasting menu with a surprise element — the dishes are revealed only when served.
