Choose between a Dolomites Loggia or a Forest Loggia.
Dolomites Loggia
The large balcony and windows of the Dolomite Loggia offer breathtaking, unobstructed views of the pristine mountain landscape. Here, the Dolomite landscape changes every moment of the day, revealing new colours and shades: from the delicate blue of dawn to the bright white of midday to the vibrant colours of dusk.
Forest Loggia
Make yourself comfortable in the Forest Loggia, whose modern interior blends seamlessly into its surroundings. Unnecessary decoration has been deliberately avoided in order to focus on the essentials: nature.
Your dining choices
This is a bed and breakfast stay or a half board stay (your breakfast and evening meal will be served in the main restaurant, excludes drinks).
At Saltus, mornings begin with a generous breakfast spread of exclusively regional, homemade fare—served until 10:30, to encourage a slow start to the day. Everything is local, lovingly prepared, and grounded in a philosophy of sustainability and taste. Dinner is served next door at Tschögglbergerhof, a much-loved South Tyrolean inn with over four decades of culinary heritage. The menu changes with the seasons and always includes a vegetarian or vegan option. Local ingredients are the star, with an abundant salad buffet offering fresh produce, herbs, and greens as vibrant as the setting itself.
Your time
Just for you:
- Complimentary access to Forest Spa and Sky Pools
- Complimentary €20 spa voucher per room per booking
- Complimentary access to hiking sticks, rucksacks, snowshoes
Step onto the forest terrace and you’re enveloped by tall tree trunks and a canopy of needles and leaves—a space that feels less like an outdoor lounge and more like a living part of the forest. Here, natural elements become design features, inviting you to slow down, recline, and let the boundaries between indoors and outdoors fade away.
For deeper immersion, the Forest Spa awaits. With saunas, a serene yoga studio, and quiet corners for contemplation, it embodies balance and restoration. On the rooftop, an airy wellness area offers yet more views of the Dolomites, including from the striking 18-metre infinity Sky Pool and indoor swimming zone. Whether you choose forest bathing or panoramic laps, the sense of harmony remains.
