Your Destination —

The Arenella Resort is located on the east coast of Sicily, some 10 km south of the beautiful and historic city of Syracuse and 70 km from Catania Airport. The Resort occupies 148 acres of parkland and is the largest holiday resort in Sicily. It has 4 km of coastline, accessible by a 250 to 600 meter walk from the accommodation area

Guests can enjoy a variety of bathing and sunbathing opportunities: wooden sunbathing platforms (with steps to the sea) equipped with sun-beds and parasols ; the beautiful sandy Arenella beach with a reserved area equipped with sun-beds and parasols; and a small sand-and-pebble beach, where the water sports centre is situated. The Resort is also well located for exploring the beautiful and historic region of Syracuse and south-eastern Sicily, as well as Catania and Taormina along the coast to the north.

Your spacious Superior Life Room comes with LCD TV, tisane corner, mini fridge (beverages included, restock not included). You will also receive sun beds and umbrellas reserved on the beach as part of staying in this fantastic room.

Your Board Basis —

You can dine at Arenella Resort’s 2 restaurants offering delicious breakfast and dinner buffets of local and Mediterranean cuisine, which can be enjoyed on open-air terraces. The restaurants feature an open-cooking area where you can watch your meal being prepared as well as a large grill and barbecue area.

Guests staying in Superior Life rooms have their own dedicated restaurant with reserved tables.

Your Time —

Just for you: Free entrance to the VOI Wellness Centre with sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, Pool and fitness area. The “Vital corner” bar, in the VOI Wellness Centre, offers wellness opportunities with tisanes, tea and beverages.

Arenella Resort offers a wide range of sports and leisure facilities. Try the resort’s new wellness centre with a number of relaxing and therapeutic spa facilities including massages and beauty treatments. You can choose from numerous sports activities including archery in the summer months. There is also a fully equipped scuba-diving centre on site with lessons available at an additional cost.

Enjoy the entertainment programme at Arenella Resort. Here you will find professional staff, including French and German speakers, and an extensive line-up of daytime and evening entertainment.

There are 2 children’s clubs, both offering a wide range of dedicated activities. The Mini Bimbo club is a fully equipped nursery for children until 2 years of age. Arenella Bimbo Village is appropriate for children from 2 until 17 years of age.

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Car Hire —

Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group.

The minimum age for driving a hire car in Italy is 21 and drivers must have held a full driving licence for a least 1 year.

You must present a full valid driving licence on collection of the vehicle and in some cases a credit card or cash deposit.

Your Contract —

The flight inclusive offer(s) shown on this page are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Voyage Privé is acting as agent for Sardatur with ATOL number 2593 and your contract is with that company.

Travel Documents —

Once the booking process is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from Voyage Prive detailing your chosen travel arrangements.

Your official ATOL receipt and booking confirmation issued by the Tour Operator will follow within 5 days.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure. Generally, travel documents are sent via email however, in some cases they will be sent by post.

If you have booked Meet & Greet, you will receive a separate voucher for this via email.

Please do make sure that you add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list and check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.
