Day 1:
Arrival in Reggio Emilia and transfer independently to the hotel where you will receive a warm welcome from the staff of Locanda La Concia (check-in from 13h00).
Enjoy your afternoon at leisure and dine independently.
Accommodation at Locanda La Concia (or similar), in a Double Standard Room, on an Accommodation Only basis.
Day 2:
Included morning activity: Ancient secrets of the balsamic vinegar.
Enjoy the morning dedicated to the discovery of balsamic vinegar production, with a guided tour of a vinegar factory. As the tour comes to a close, enjoy a tasting of different types of balsamic vinegar, aceto balsamico.

- Duration of the guided tour: about 30 minutes.
- Duration of the tasting: about 30 minutes.
- Tasting: 10/12 different types of vinegars.
- Availability: The tour does not run for the two middle weeks of August, and from 27/12/23 to 05/01/24.

- Duration of the guided tour: about 50 minutes.
- Duration of the tasting: about 30 minutes.

Days 3 & 4
Day 3:
Included Morning Activity: Parmigiano Reggiano Experience
Tour Details:
- Visit a dairy where the milk is collected and processed. The production process involves several stages that result in the beautiful 'wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano', as we know them.
- Leave the dairy and visit the farm where the cows are reared and the milk is collected.
- See the storehouse where the wheels rest and mature (12, 24, 36 months).
- Enjoy a tasting of typical products, including Parmigiano Reggiano of different ages as well as a selection of cured meats, water and wine.
- Duration of the visit to the cheese factory: approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Duration of the visit to the storehouse: approximately 30 minutes.
- Tasting duration: about 45 minutes, including a tasting of 4 types of Parmigiano Reggiano with condiments, salami and glass of wine, bread and water.
- Minimum participation: 2 people.
Enjoy lunch independently and an afternoon at leisure.
Optional Afternoon Activity: Fresh Pasta Cooking Class (with supplement).
