The Canne Bianche Beach & Spa Hotel is a newly opened 4 star elegant retreat nestled in a reserved area of 15.000 square metres, in one of the most attractive areas of Puglia. Set on a Mediterranean landscape, the hotel blends harmoniously in shape and pure symmetrical lines of typical whitewashed houses of Apulian villages. The accommodation is built to the very highest standard with an emphasis on natural materials and offers guests enchanting views and direct access to the Adriatic sea.

Standard Room - Located on the ground floor or first floor these have a private terrace with small relaxation area and chaise longue. They also have a bedroom with king-sized bed and can accommodate a crib. The bathrooms are in finest Italian marble and have Jacuzzi or large walk-in shower with rain showerhead. Furnishings: 32” LCD television, mini-bar with local products, radio, safe deposit box, WI FI, independent air conditioning and heating.
Superior Rooms - These are on the first floor and ground floor. First floor rooms have a private balcony, with table, chairs and chaise longue with a partial sea view; the ground floor rooms are more spacious, with a large patio looking onto the garden. All have a bedroom with king-sized bed and can accommodate a crib. The bathrooms are in finest Italian marble and have a Jacuzzi or large walk-in shower with rain showerhead. Furnishings: 32” LCD television, mini-bar with local products, radio, safe deposit box, WI FI, independent air conditioning and heating.

T_imo Restaurant - Larded fillet and slow food mainstays like country salami and Pomodoro Regina from Torre Canne, meat bombettes and coppa from Martina Franca, cutlets/ribs, Cesare Fiorio extra-virgin olive oil, pasta from Pastificio Cardone in Fasano. Fresh local shellfish, caught same-day, delivered directly from the beach, grilled with a few herbs or cooked in salt to keep the full sea flavour, delicious red or white fish sauces, fresh seasonal vegetables - a taste of what's to come when you visit this amazing restaurant.

Cumino Bar - At Canne Bianche, aperitifs is a ceremonial ritual, before every lunch or dinner: a painstaking combination of drinks and amuse-bouches from the kitchen—bite-sized frisellines, mozzarella snacks, limed olives and home-made taralli are created. The high point of the ritual are certainly the cocktails, not too strong but full in flavour, made of the finest spirits—vermouth, rum, tequila, gin, whisky—and which change periodically depending on the season and the new ideas created by the bartender. While aperitifs mark specific moments of the day, anytime is right to taste their selected wines or liqueurs.

At Canne Bianche greenery and water enjoy a true symbiosis. A perfectly natural triangle of garden, pool and sea. Your Contract —

Travel Documents —

Once the booking process is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from Voyage Prive detailing your chosen travel arrangements.

Your official ATOL receipt and booking confirmation issued by the Tour Operator will follow within 5 days.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure. Generally, travel documents are sent via email however, in some cases they will be sent by post.

If you have booked Meet & Greet, you will receive a separate voucher for this via email.
