The set-dinner “tasting menus” follow the seasons at The Carduus Restaurant, reflecting a contemporary interpretation of Sardinian traditions.  Menus vary from day to day, alternating between seafood and meat.  A themed dinner is held once a week. Be sure to keep an eye out for the speciality suckling pig on Sardinian nights, or tuck into fresh seafood on the fishermen’s night.

Your Time

Set amongst extensive lawns is a fresh-water swimming pool with sun-beds, a shaded pergola and parasols provided on a complimentary basis. Try something different at the Italian bowls court or explore the surrounding area with the hotel's fantastic bike rental service.
