Vinilia Wine Resort was born from the painstaking renovation of an ancient mansion dating back to the early 1900s, which was built for the aristocratic Schiavone family from nearby Manduria.

 

The resort resides within an old manor house decked with tower and turrets and vaults and a decor resembles a small medieval castle.

 

Pride of place is given to the magnificent internal staircase within the property, which leads to the well-stocked vaulted wine cellar. 

 

Enjoy a marvellous meal at the resort's Casamatta Restaurant, which was awarded one Michelin Star in 2019 and received the Green Michelin Star award in 2021. 

 

Savour some time out at the hotel's beautiful outdoor swimming pool, which sits amongst a centuries-old olive grove, or set off to discover the beautiful Puglia region. The resort lies just 65 kilometres from the Alberobello, famous for its ancient, indigenous conical 'trulli' houses.
