Ristorante Borgo Giusto combines simple style, cuisine, tradition, local produce and flavours in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, all of which create the mouthwatering dishes that Tuscany is known for. But even this takes a back seat to the spectacular views which you can enjoy while you tuck into a filling plate of bolognese or a light carbonara. To accompany your meals, the hotel has an extensive selection of regional wines, including those from the hotel's own vineyards. This is rural Italian life at its best.
