Your Itinerary In Detail —
Day 1 & 2
Day 1: Arrival in Santorini, transfer from the airport to your hotel
Your driver will be waiting for you at the airport in front of the arrival's hall, in front of the cash machines, and will hold a sign with your name on it. They will also arrange a direct meeting with you for the return transfer.
The price includes: Luggage fees, night supplement, pre-call arrangements or plane delay.
Check-in at the Melmeti Excelsior Suites 4* (or similar) where you will stay for your entire trip in a Junior Suite with outdoor hot tub and breakfast included.
Day 2: Excursion
Taste the island's viniculture by joining the Sip of Santorini Wine Tour. Have an exclusive look at 2 different local wineries, including approximately 8 samples, before relaxing to watch the sunset, from the best viewpoint in Oia.
After a convenient hotel pickup, enjoy activities that include learning about the island’s unique climate and volcanic soil, marvelling at amazing views and delicious samples at Gavalas Winery, exploring the beverage’s local history at Wine Museum Koutsogiannopoulos, and admiring a sunset at Sun Spirit Cocktail Bar with nothing blocking the sunset view.
Start your tour with a visit to Gavalas Winery, one of the oldest wineries on the island, located in the traditional village of Megalochori. Walk into the village and pass the tall bell tower gate, reach the centuries-old stone complex winery and get introduced to local varieties by the 5th generation winemaker in a courtyard. Continue with the Wine Museum in Mesa Gonia and get a glimpse of what life was like as a winemaker here. This one of a kind museum happens to be nestled in a cave, a natural labyrinth eight metres below ground and 300 metres long, twenty-one years of hard work of the Koutsogiannopoulos Family.
Learn about the stages of the winemaking process including ploughing in the vineyards, and then harvesting, stomping, and weighing of the grapes, about the range of machinery necessary to make wine all the way through to what is used today. Refresh your palate by tasting the family's renowned volcanic wines. Your last stop will be Oia and Sun Spirit Bar, one of the best places to watch the sunset. Relax and enjoy your wine in this idyllic space, as you watch the sunset dip into the sea.

Day 3 - Until the end of the trip
Day 3: Morning cruise (Duration 5 hours)
The cruise starts from Ammoudi port at 09:30 and sales below Caldera.
First stop: Hot Springs for swimming. Sail past the Aspronisi, the Ancient lighthouse, Indian rock and Black Mountain.
Second stop: Red Beach for swimming and snorkelling.
Third stop: White Beach area for swimming, snorkelling and for the barbecue on board.
Final stop: Tour ends at Ammoudi port.
Guests need to bring their own towels and dry / warm clothes. It is recommended to have sunscreen, a sun hat, sunglasses.

Day 6, 8 or 10: Transfer from your hotel to the airport. The day of the transfer depends on the length of your trip.
The meeting time indicated on your travel voucher is the time your driver reports to your hotel for your return transfer.

Santorini
A paradise island famed for its whitewashed towns perched on high volcanic cliffs, Santorini is a holiday destination that's sure to be memorable. Formed from a cataclysmic volcanic eruption in the 17th century BC, Santorini has a breathtakingly unique landscape, and Oia is perhaps the most photographed town on the island. Here, you'll have the opportunity to wander between white houses and blue-domed churches, savouring stunning views of the caldera.
To escape the tourist throngs in Oia, travel to some of the other picturesque villages on the island - Santorini’s capital, Fira, combines natural beauty and a chic, cosmopolitan vibe, along with a great selection of restaurants and bars. To get a taste for local life on the island, Pyrgos is a small village just 8 km from Fira, which is filled with authentic eateries and traditional Greek charm.
If you have the time, it’s also worth exploring more of the landscape of this unique island. The hike from Fira to Oia will take a few hours, but it provides the best views of the caldera and the unique geography of Santorini. History lovers might also wish to visit the Akrotiri Archaeological Site, where the unearthed remains of an ancient Minoan town are preserved.
