Derived from Greek vocabulary the names of the villas (Serenata, Melodia) are carefully selected in order to honour and pay homage to tradition in a modern world.

This offer is based on a Standard Villa (Serenata) or a Superior Villa (Melodia). Just for you: daily housekeeping.
Serenata is a luxurious private villa, located 200 meters from the beach of Ai-Helis, in Kefalonia. The location itself makes the property exclusive and provides a great view. Enjoy serene privacy and easy access to the famous Ai-Helis beach. Also, it is conveniently located close to the airport and just a short drive to the island’s capital, Argostoli.
It has 4.000 m² surrounding garden with a baseball court and a private swimming pool that features amazing views. The villa itself is 280 m² with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; that are nicely placed on 2 floors.
Ground Level: Spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to an outdoor dinning table, the garden, the BBQ terrace and the swimming pool.
Bedroom level: A staircase in the living room leads on the second living room right outside the master bedroom. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a balcony that offers an outstanding view. The other 4 bedrooms offer twin beds and are serviced by 3 bathrooms.
Melodia offers a shared swimming pool and a BBQ terrace and a 11.000m² surrounding garden with an amazing 360° view. Villa Melodia is 250m² with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms nicely placed on 2 floors.
Ground Level: Spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to an outdoor dinning table, the garden, the BBQ terrace and the swimming pool. Also houses one of the 3 bedrooms of the villas equipped with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. On this level there is also a WC for guests.
Bedroom level: A staircase in the living room leads on the second floor that features the master bedroom with a double bed, and the 3rd bedroom with twin beds. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
