Your Itinerary In Detail

DAY 1 – ATHENS ARRIVAL: Meet at Athens Airport with a representative and take private transfer to the hotel.

Overnight in Athens Tiare 4* or Similar.

DAY 2 / 2 - 3 – ATHENS: Wake up to breakfast at the hotel. The day is at your own leisure to explore the city. Athens is an amazing city to discover on your own with its numerous museums, parks, and the shopping areas of Kolonaki, Hermou, Voukourestiou Street, Monastiraki and Plaka.

Athens is the historical capital of Europe, with a long history, dating from the first settlement in the Neolithic age. In the 5th Century BC (the “Golden Age of Pericles”) – the culmination of Athens’ long, fascinating history – the city’s values and civilization acquired a universal significance.

DAY 3 / 4 – ATHENS – NAXOS: Begin your morning with breakfast at the hotel. You will be picked up from the hotel early and transferred to Piraeus port. The boat will take you to the island of Naxos. When  the boat arrives in Naxos port meet with your transfer representative and head to the hotel.

Overnight in Naxos Palace Hotel 4* or similar.

DAY 4 - 5 /  4- 6 / 5 – 8 – NAXOS: Have breakfast at the hotel. The days is yours to explore Naxos at your own leisure, the biggest and the greenest island in the Cyclades. It has high mountains, fertile valleys, lush green gorges, stunning seascapes and traditional villages perched high on mountain tops, where the inhabitants still wear their traditional dress and live off the fruits of the land.

Naxos is also home to beautiful old churches, monasteries and Venetian castles coexisting harmoniously with the Cycladic architecture.

DAY 6 / 7 / 9– NAXOS – SANTORINI: After breakfast, you will be transferred from the hotel to the Naxos port. The boat will take you to the island of Santorini. When the boat arrives to the Santorini port you will be met by a transfer representative and taken to the hotel.

Overnight in Aegean Plaza Hotel 4* or similar.

DAY 7-8 / 8 - 9 / 10 – 13 – SANTORINI: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. At your own leisure, see the splendid island of Santorini.

Crescent-shaped Santorini (or Thíra), the precious gem of the Aegean, is actually a group of islands consisting of Thíra, Thirassiá, Asproníssi, Palea and Nea Kaméni in the southernmost part of Cyclades. Did you know that the whole complex of Santorini islands is still an active volcano (the same as Méthana, Mílos and Nísiros) and probably the only volcano in the world whose crater is in the sea?

It is definitely worth exploring, especially if you are looking for a romantic getaway in Greece. Where else in the world can you admire exquisitely clear waters from the rim of an active volcano in the middle of the sea?

Overnight in Aegean Plaza Hotel 4* or similar.

DAY 9 / 10 / 14 – SANTORINI DEPARTURE: Wake up and enjoy breakfast. Two and a half hours before your flight departure time, you will be picked up from the hotel and transferred to the Santorini Airport for your flight back home!

Your Destinations

Your Destination

It was Athens that brought the world drama, history, poetry, and philosophy, and a visit to this ancient city offers no end of attractions. Indeed, the towering columns of the 2,000-year-old Parthenon still dominates the city skyline, a homage to the goddess Athena. No visit to the city would be complete without walking up to the Acropolis and admiring its structures: aside from the Parthenon, you can see the Erechtheion, a temple dedicated to Athena and Poseidon, and the Propylaea, the ancient gateway to the hill citadel.

Walking through the city is the best way to discover its history. In the shadow of the Acropolis, Plaka is a particularly interesting neighbourhood with a village feel, full of traditional Greek taverns, churches, and smaller museums - as well as the Cine Paris, a charming outdoor cinema with a stunning view of the Acropolis. Elsewhere, don't miss the famous changing of the guards in Constitution Square every hour on the hour.

Naxos is located in the South Aegean and the largest island of the Cyclades. The island boasts a stunning green landscape as well as striking mountains, lovely beaches and quaint villages.

There are several archaeological sites throughout the island that showcase its rich history. The most notable is the Portara, the remaining gate of an ancient temple dedicated to the Greek God Apollo.

Walk around the main town of Chora to admire the Venetian and traditional Cycladic architecture. The Kastro (castle) is a Venetian structure that once served as a protective shield for the town and which you can visit today. Head to the coastline and soak in the sun on one of the sandy or pebbled beaches.

The island is not as well-known as its neighbours, making it so that you never find overcrowded beaches. If you wish for a Greecian holiday on the Aegean but without the fuss, this is the perfect destination.

A paradise island famed for its whitewashed towns perched on high volcanic cliffs, Santorini is a holiday destination that's sure to be memorable. Formed from a cataclysmic volcanic eruption in the 17th century BC, Santorini has a breathtakingly unique landscape, and Oia is perhaps the most photographed town on the island. Here, you'll have the opportunity to wander between white houses and blue-domed churches, savouring stunning views of the caldera.

To escape the tourist throngs in Oia, travel to some of the other picturesque villages on the island - Santorini’s capital, Fira, combines natural beauty and a chic, cosmopolitan vibe, along with a great selection of restaurants and bars. To get a taste for local life on the island, Pyrgos is a small village just 8 km from Fira, which is filled with authentic eateries and traditional Greek charm.

If you have the time, it’s also worth exploring more of the landscape of this unique island. The hike from Fira to Oia will take a few hours, but it provides the best views of the caldera and the unique geography of Santorini. History lovers might also wish to visit the Akrotiri Archaeological Site, where the unearthed remains of an ancient Minoan town are preserved.
