Your Destination —
Cosy up in a candlelit bistro and try some of the world’s best foie gras, take a chocolate tour through the finest chocolate shops in Paris or sail down the Seine on a sparkling canal boat and sip French champagne. Shop until you drop on the luxurious Champs-Élysées or wander the old market streets of the Rue des Martyrs to taste a little of the local’s authentic Paris; whatever you do, this city will steal your heart.
Your Hotel —
Mythical and imposing, languid and frenetic, Pigalle is a neon light in the Parisian night. The neighbourhood has always attracted artists, musicians and adventurers.
With neither a monument nor a meeting point, it lacked a spot that really reflected its tawdry values, brazen spirit and musical energy. And so, Le Pigalle was born. An authentic neighbourhood hotel, whose history was shaped by the cultural mix that swirls on the southern slopes of Montmartre.
The team is local and will take you to meet some of the places, people and stories that bring Pigalle alive and make Paris so vibrant. The croissants are provided by the nearby bakery, the books selected by the local bookstore and the music chosen by a neighbourhood DJ who also is an album collector and happens to be born in Pigalle. Local artists, shopkeepers and restaurant owners, they all have something to say about their neighbourhood.
The groundfloor is a passionate distillation of everything that makes Pigalle such a special place. In a setting that’s both gloriously vintage and utterly contemporary, it embodies the spirit of collaboration that underlies this hotel – it is also a meeting place for the team of artists and designers whose job it is to recreate the essence of the neighbourhood.
It has a café, bar and restaurant, a vinyl record library, and a newspaper and book kiosk, all run by the colourful characters who make Pigalle what it is. There are parties, DJ sets and table dancing, providing guests with a foretaste of what they can expect as they explore the uncharted jungle that is Paris.
Some come from the other side of the world, others from just around the corner. But no one comes to Le Pigalle just to sleep: they come to eat, dance, listen to music, make new friends and much more besides.

Local, natural and genuine… The menu offers simple and handpicked seasonal dishes that change with the vagaries of nature. They are prepared and served all day, and until late at night. It’s all about assembly rather than cooking, like a kitchen where most of the preparation is done beforehand, often using home-made jams, terrines, pickles and preserves made the summer before.
The menu has a distinctly local flavour and has been put together with local retailers and growers who are as eclectic as the hotel itself. This decidedly seasonal menu is available on the ground floor or from room service. The wine list (natural wines for the most part) and bar menu follow the same philosophy, with the emphasis on simplicity and accessibility rather than fancy concept beverages.
