The leitmotiv of the establishment is to be eco-responsible with notably a service of local and short circuit food, flowers coming from an organic farm and finally the creation of a vegetable garden from mid-2023. For a more relaxed moment over a drink, go to the Lounge Bar.

Rejuvenate yourself by taking a stroll in the castle's park or treat yourself to a massage. Outdoor activities such as cycling and boat trips are also available! For adventure lovers, the Château d'Ermenonville is only a few minutes away from the Mer de Sable amusement park and 15 minutes from Parc Astérix.

 

You can also book two workshops at the hotel: "Tête à tête avec une œuvre" and "Atelier de parfum" at the Domaine de Chaalis as well as champagne tasting at the Croix d'Or.
