Nestled in the French Alps at the bottom of Mont Blanc, Chamonix is home to jaw-dropping scenery and some of the finest ski slopes in France. Head to Aiguille du Midi for panoramic views, or walk ten minutes into the centre to soak up the convivial atmosphere in this Savoyard village. Car Hire:
