The Moulin de l'Abbaye's 20 bedrooms are each named after Grand Cru wines, and are spread between three historical houses: Moulin de L'Abbaye, Maison du Meunier and Maison de l’Abbé.
The hotel's restaurant, where Head Chef Loic Lecoin has just been awarded his first Michelin star, serves gourmet cuisine showcasing the very best regional products. In the summer months, its beautiful terrace offers views of the surrounding area, including the oldest bell tower in France.

Situated in the Miller’s house or in the Abbey on the 1st or 2nd floor, these rooms are spacious and light, measuring between 40m2 and 75 m2 and offer a view of the garden, the Mill or the river.
Each has an en suite bathroom with a bath.
