Your Destination —

At an altitude of 1450m, overlooking the Sarenne gorge, lies Huez, offering the quaintness of a mountain village just kilometers away from an international mountain resort.

The tranquility, comfort and authenticity of this village provides the perfect setting to pass the time. Huez will awaken your sense of exploration, with the discovery of the tiny alleys leading to the Roman church of Saint Anne.

Since 1936, Alpe d'Huez has expanded at an altitude of 1860m on the southern flank of the Grandes Rousses Massif. Also called “The Island in the Sunshine”, this resort enjoys long periods of sunshine - an average of 300 sunny days per year!

Highlights include: the exceptional panorama of Le Pic Blanc from which you can gaze out at 1/5 of France (subject to visability) and the Ice Cave that show cases the artistic talents of various ice sculptors.

Your Hotel —

Set in the Alpe d'Huez ski resort, this hotel offers a hammam and a fitness centre. It is located 250yards from the ski lifts and offers views of the valley.

A minibar, LCD TV and free Wi-Fi are included in the spacious suites, which have a contemporary décor. A seating area also features in the suites, and a hairdryer is provided in the private bathroom.

A buffet breakfast is served every morning in the breakfast room at Alpenrose. Additional facilities include ski storage.

You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Shared transfers are included (flight inclusive offers only).  Your transfer time is approximately 1hr 30mins / 106km.

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
