Information about the "All-Inclusive" Package

To have the possibility to charge extra fees to your room, you must leave a deposit at reception upon check-in, either by pre-authorising your credit card or by cash, for an amount equal to or greater than 1000 EGP (Egyptian pounds). Otherwise, cash/payment will be required at all points of sale. If you exceed the 1000 EGP deposit, a receptionist will contact you to settle your account. The deposit will be refunded in Egyptian currency.

It is forbidden to reserve sunbeds on the beach for more than one hour. If you do not arrive within an hour, towels will be removed by staff.

Check-in time, according to international standards, is 3:00pm, and check-out time is 12:00pm.

The all-inclusive package starts from check-in on the day of arrival and ends after breakfast on the day of departure.

FOOD AND DRINKS

Coast International Restaurant
Enjoy your breakfast, lunch, and dinner at our main restaurant, Coast.

• Breakfast: 6:30am – 10:30am
• Lunch: 12:30pm – 3:00pm
• Dinner: 6:30pm – 9:30pm

La Casa (À La Carte): You are invited to a fixed-menu dinner once per stay instead of dinner at the Coast main restaurant.

• Dinner: 6:30pm – 10:00pm

Calamari Restaurant (À La Carte): You are invited to a fixed-menu dinner once per stay instead of dinner at the Coast main restaurant, in our seafood restaurant.

• Dinner: 6:30pm – 10:00pm

Please reserve your table directly at the Coast restaurant hostess desk between 10:30am – 12:00pm and 3:00pm – 5:00pm, at least 72 hours in advance.

Daily Snacks (varied):

• Morning: 11:30am – 1:00pm at Calamari Restaurant
• Afternoon: 3:30pm – 5:30pm at Calamari and Zinzina
• Ice Cream: 12:00pm – 5:00pm at Calamari Restaurant

DRINKS

Drinks are served from 10:00am – 12:00am at designated locations (Coast International Restaurant, Rotunda Bar, Zinzina, Lobby Bar, Aqua Bar, Beach Bars, and Calamari Bar), according to each point’s schedule (after midnight, drinks are at an extra charge). Please note only one drink unit is served at a time. It is not possible to order multiple units of the same item per person. Drink menus are available at all bars. Drinks at points of sale are served in glasses.

The drink menu includes:

• Hot drinks: selection of teas and coffees (all hot drinks based on Nescafé; espresso, cappuccino, milk, and Turkish coffee are included in the all-inclusive package)
• Cold drinks: served in glasses – all available non-alcoholic drinks and Nestlé water or other local water brands
• Wine: local red, rosé, and white wine (by the glass)
• Beer: local beer
• Local spirits (e.g., whiskey, vodka, rum)

USEFUL INFORMATION:

• Smoking is prohibited in rooms, with a fine of 250 EGP per day for violations. Bringing shisha into the hotel through the main entrance is also discouraged.
• Tap water is not drinkable and should only be used in hotel rooms, points of sale, public toilets, and the spa.
• You must wear the colored wristband given at check-in throughout your stay.
• All drinks are served by the glass or can and opened on-site, according to our alcohol license. It is not possible to order drinks in bulk; one drink per person per order only.
• Your all-inclusive drink benefits are available daily from 10:00am – 12:00am. Any purchases before or after these hours must be paid in cash unless otherwise agreed with management.
• All drink services outside the specified hours will be charged at published rates without discount.
• The hotel reserves the right to change service locations, meal styles, and menus without prior notice. Any item or service mentioned may be changed or replaced without notice.
• Only the services and products specifically mentioned are included in your package. All food and drinks must be consumed on the hotel premises and must not be removed, in compliance with our alcohol license and health and safety regulations.
• All food must be consumed in the restaurant and may not be removed under any circumstances. If you have special requirements, please discuss them with management for assistance.
• Children under 12 years old are not allowed to consume food or drinks without parental supervision.
• Walking on the coral can cause serious injury; for your safety and to protect the marine environment, please avoid stepping on the reef.

Information about the restaurants: Some premium, branded, or international dishes/menus and drinks may not be included and could incur an additional charge on-site. Meals, snacks, and drinks may only be available at certain times.

If you book a package that includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package that does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as an agent for the accommodation provider.
