Eating & Drinking —

This offer is based on a half board or full board stay. Our members will also receive 20% off the cost of beverages in the hotel.

The half-board accommodation includes breakfast and dinner at the hotel's Café Fresco, which offers a Mediterranean buffet with a live cooking station. For those wanting to try something a little different, however, this deal includes an alternative - dining credit of £20 per person, per day to spend in any of the other four on-site restaurants.

Café Fresco - Offering traditional hot and cold buffet dishes that are constantly updated or given a flavourful twist.

Cascades Restaurant - Set amongst flowing waters and coloured in soothing hues, this restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.

The Beach House Restaurant - Poised on the edge of the breathtaking Red Sea whether savouring the freshest seafood grilled to perfection or just a light and tasty salad with a cool cocktail.

Sala Thai Restaurant - The restaurant is classically Thai with rich teak wood, sensuous fabrics and an open display kitchen.

Souk Restaurant - Souk at the Hyatt is a gallery where all the senses are indulged.

Azure Lounge - The Azure Lounge captures the breathtaking views of the coastline and the Gulf of Aqaba.

Stars Music Bar - Looking seaward towards the call of the ocean, the Stars Music Bar will stir your senses and shake your soul. Leisure Activities —

Our members will receive One Spa Treatment (free 1/2 an hour massage per person during the stay) and a complimentary  Tiran island Excursion (Enjoy a relaxing day swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing on a boat cruise to Tiran Island). Our members will also receive a free Intro Dive for 15 minutes during the stay.

Health Spa
Separate male and female saunas, steam rooms and whirlpools provide a magnificent way to relieve fatigue and diminish stress. The sauna uses dry heat to cleanse and purify the body, open pores and eliminate impurities for a wonderfully stimulating and de-stressing experience. Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK you may wish to add our 'Meet and Greet' service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Travel Documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, 'Meet & Greet', car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your ‘Safe Senders’ list or check your ‘Junk mail’ regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
