Protaras —

Welcome to Protaras, a family-friendly small town located in the southeast of Cyprus. This popular summer destination is best known for its beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters, and some of the best dive sites on the island. 

 

Head to the Ocean Aquarium for a fun family outing, or embark on a boat trip to a nearby beach or town. Stroll through the newly built pedestrian road along the main coastline, and stop at one of the many picturesque taverns, local restaurants and cool cafés for a lovely afternoon out. Make sure to visit one of the historic churches, and catch the sunrise from a high point to be one of the first in Europe to enjoy this mesmerising sight!
