Larnaca is best known for Finikoudes Beach, a sandy strip in the city centre backed by a palm-lined seaside promenade. Buzzing bars line the waterfront at nearby Mackenzie Beach. Just offshore, the M.S. Zenobia wreck is a popular dive site and frequented by history buffs, adventurers, and diving lovers alike. For the culture vultures, The 9th-century Church of Saint Lazarus contains the tomb of the saint said to have risen from the dead.

Exploring more of Cyprus is well worth the effort, however. Its Mediterranean cuisine, sun-drenched beaches, peaceful and fragrant mountains with old charming villages, vineyards, olive trees, citrus groves and friendly locals all make Cyprus the ideal place for a relaxing or romantic holiday.

The minimum age for driving a hire car in Cyprus is 21 and drivers must have held a full driving licence for a least 1 year.

The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver.  The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted).

The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on the collection of the vehicle and in some cases, a credit card or cash deposit will be required.
