Your Hotel —

A magnificent luxury hotel in the heart of Bruges, the Pand Hotel, is a member of the prestigious "Small Luxury Hotels of the World", a selection of the finest small independent hotels in the world, chosen for quality of service and presentation from over 520 hotels in more than 70 countries. It is ideally located in Bruges' city centre, on a quiet little street, only a few steps from the Market Square, Bourg Place, and the canal. It is in a former 18th century carriage house that you will be staying, for a charming holiday, full of history. To start your stay off right, a complimentary welcome drink will be served to you (per person, per stay) upon your arrival and you will also receive a box of chocolates (per room, per stay).

Sleep

Settle into one of the hotel's romantic rooms, individually decorated, each offers a special and comfortable interior.

- Small Charming Room (15 m² / max 2 persons): Get cozy in this ravishing and charming room with contemporary comforts.

- Charming Plus Room (16 m² / max 2 persons): You will just love this room with a modern decor inspired from the Victorian period.

- Junior Suite (40 m² / max 2 persons): Decorated exclusively with Ralph Lauren linens and housewares and additional antiques, this magnificent suite is as spacious as it is sophisticated, complete with a whirlpool bath. 

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

There are many restaurants in the area so you are sure to find a few spots that serve delicious cuisine for your meals. When you return to the hotel, make your way to its intimate bar, to unwind with an aperitif in hand.

Access —

By plane:
You will be flying into Brussels Airport which is approximately 1hr 15min / 110km by car.

To travel to Brugge via public transport you can take the 2833 to Brugge which will take approximately 1hr 30min (6 stops).  Tickets are available to buy from self-service machines throughout the arrivals hall & train station.

Brugge Centraal is approximately 10min / 2km from your hotel.

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
