USA

If you are travelling to the USA or choose a flight which routes via the USA, and are travelling under the Visa Waiver Programme (VWP), you must obtain an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorisation) prior to departure. Passengers who have not received travel authorisation via ESTA prior to travel will be denied boarding. Please note that if you are denied from boarding, or are not allowed into the US for any reason, you will still be subject to our cancellation charges in accordance with our terms and conditions.

How do I apply for ESTA?
Prior to departure, you will need to visit https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov and fill in the online application, ensuring you receive an approval before you fly.

Mexico

Please note that UK Citizens do not need to apply for visas in advance for Mexico. Tourist cards will be given to all passengers on the aircraft which must be filled out before landing in Mexico. The tourist card needs to be kept for the duration of your stay and shown at the airport on departure. Failure to produce the tourist card will result in an additional cost of $295.
