13 night road trip: Classic West LA
DAY 1 & 2: LOS ANGELES
Your journey begins in Los Angeles, "the City of Angels", known for its endless sunshine, Hollywood glamour, and buzzing coastal energy. Upon arrival at Los Angeles International Airport, you'll collect your car and embark on a two-day adventure through the iconic highlights of Los Angeles.
Explore famous landmarks like the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the iconic Griffith Observatory, and the stunning Santa Monica Pier. Discover diverse neighbourhoods filled with vibrant street art, world-class dining, and trendy boutiques that capture the city’s unique spirit.
DAY 3: LAGHLIN
Head to the southernmost edge of Nevada, at the crossroads of three states. There, you'll find Laphlin, a town that once consisted of only a motel and a bar catering to miners but has since developed into a major tourist destination. Famous for its lively casinos and exciting water sports along the Colorado River, Laphlin offers an authentic taste of the Western spirit.

DAY 4: GRAND CANYON
Start your day early to visit one of the most breathtaking natural wonders in the world: the Grand Canyon. Walk along the South Rim and take in the vast expanse of sculpted rock formations, shifting colours, and dramatic shadows, shaped over millions of years by wind and water erosion. Far below, the Colorado River winds its way more than a mile beneath the canyon’s edge. This unforgettable landscape is sure to be one of the highlights of your trip.

DAY 5: PAGE
Spend the day exploring the remarkable natural wonders surrounding the town of Page. Begin with Lake Powell, a vast, shimmering reservoir created by the damming of the Colorado River, set against a dramatic desert backdrop. Then, marvel at the otherworldly beauty of Antelope Canyon, renowned for its narrow passageways, sculpted sandstone walls and mesmerising light beams.
Continue your journey with a visit to Horseshoe Bend, where the Colorado River has carved a striking horseshoe-shaped curve into the landscape. From the clifftop viewpoint, perched at around 4,200 feet above sea level, you can gaze down at the river some 1,000 feet below, a truly awe-inspiring sight.

DAY 6: MONUMENT VALLEY
Drive along the scenic Desert View Drive, a picturesque route that runs along the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, offering breathtaking vistas at every turn.
