Your Destination —
Worcestershire, birthplace of celebrated English composer Elgar, has much to offer our visitors. Most famous are perhaps the gorgeous sprawling Malvern Hills, a haven for walking, running, riding, nature spotting and for a cosy pint in the many old inns and pubs after an afternoon of fresh air and exercise.
Family attractions are plentiful in the form of West Midlands Safari Park and the famous Severn Valley Railway - a particular delight at Christmas. English Heritage is here as well, in the forms of the many National Trust properties across the county, as well as the beautiful Worcester Cathedral and Broadway Tower. Warwick Castle, Shakespeare's Stratford-upon-Avon including the World famous Royal Shakespeare Company and The Cotswolds are all within easy reach.
