Avebury - At the centre of a pre-historic complex stands the largest stone circle in Europe, originally erected 4,500 years ago.

Stourhead House and Gardens - Stourhead is a 2,650 acre (11 km²) estate which includes a Palladian mansion, the village of Stourton, gardens, farmland, and woodland. Stourhead has been in the ownership of the National Trust since 1946.

The Bishopstrow Hotel 4*

Originally built in 1821 by the Temple Family who continued to own the property for around 200 years, the The Bishopstrow Hotel 4* is steeped in history.  The house was recorded in the Domesday Book as far back as 1086, when it was owned by Edward of Salisbury. After being destroyed by a fire in 1817, Bishopstrow House as it stands today was built in the early 19th Century.

In modern day, the Bishopstrow Hotel is a haven of tranquility, located within its own 27 acres of established grounds alongside the River Wylye.  Ideal for short family breaks or for those wishing to have a peaceful and relaxing time away, this idyllic escape has something to offer everyone.

This English country house in the beautiful Wylye Valley has a luxurious spa and 2 AA Rosette dining, all just a 10-minute journey from Longleat House and Safari Park.

Bishopstrow Hotel is perfect for de-stressing and relaxing. Its halcyon spa has indoor and outdoor pools, a Rasul mud therapy room, Elemis treatments, a sauna, steam room and much more!
