The inn, part of the award-winning Alscot estate boasts lovely gardens that run down to a small river, whilst the cultural town of Stratford-upon-Avon is nearby and offers all things William Shakespeare. Visitors to this charming location will delight in the local walks in and around the unspoilt local villages of Ilmington, Alderminster and Preston on Stour, or might take pleasure venturing further into the Cotswalds to admire breathtaking scenery. There is boating on the River Avon, but the real star of the area is undoubtedly Stratford upon Avon - home to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Ann Hathaway’s Cottage and Mary Arden’s House.

There is a lovely private raised decked patio with stunning views over the beautiful Stour Valley countryside. The minimally-decorated Garland exudes nautical inspirations- a round window was retained in the conversion and refitted to create a porthole between the bedroom and the spacious bathroom.
