Rooms are calming yet contemporary, encompassing original features with edge, and can be found woven around the foundations and working estate.
Dishes are inspired by the gardens and surrounding landscape, with a focus on working with the land and its seasonal offerings. A nod to sustainability and the desire to conserve the environment is present throughout the hotel's recipes, restorations, and future plans.
