- Sanitising Stations at receptions and lift lobbies
- Increased cleaning of frequently touched items in bedrooms and minimum printed material
- Increased bedroom checks by Senior Management
- All food menus are now online

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Lets keep everyone safe by continuing to social distance. Please allow 2m (6ft) distance between people:

- We now operate minimum touch check in/out
- Please observe 2m floor markings in reception Our hotels have spacious ground floor footprints, on average 700sqm so we can facilitate this easily
- We have protective screens at all reception desks
- Use stairwells as an alternative to the lift to access your room
- Lifts should only be used by one person or guests known to each other only

Maximum entry to the gym is 34 people and maximum entry to the pool will be 8 people. We are not taking bookings but recommend calling from your bedroom to check availability. Changing rooms and showers are open, also with reduced capacities. Towels will be provided at the Leisure reception for residents.

Children are welcome to use the pool area from 6:30am to 8:00pm Monday to Thursday and regular opening times Friday to Sunday, however those aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult on a 2 to 1 ratio.
