They average about 20 square metres and are fitted with the highest standard with handmade silk wallpaper in soft neutrals, black lacquered furniture, handcrafted Murano glass chandeliers, polished natural stone and chrome glass fittings in the bathroom, Bose or Sony iPod and iPhone docking stations. Mattresses are handmade by Hypnos and have a reputation for being the most comfortable mattresses in the world. These in combination with the divine and luxurious bedding ensure a blissful sleep.
The neutral silk walls are the perfect backdrop for the bespoke black lacquered furniture and Murano glass chandeliers. They are exclusively finished with polished natural stone and chrome glass fittings in the bathroom, Bose or Sony iPod and iPhone docking stations are available in every room.

This restaurant was launched in September 2009 and was awarded a Michelin star for the 6th time in October 2016 four AA Rosettes.
In Seven Park Place William Drabble has created his own inimitable style menu, influenced by classic French cuisine but made using the best British ingredients and taking inspiration from the seasons. Of course, like any great chef, William has his signature dishes, poached native lobster tail with cauliflower purée and lobster butter sauce springs to mind, but his continuing love of good food ensures that each dish he creates is as exquisite as the next.
To reflect the style of his menu William was heavily involved with the design and décor of Seven Park Place, an elegant and intimate space, with only 26 covers and nine tables. The restaurant uses rich colours and natural fabrics in bright, jewel inspired colours, to produce a stunning backdrop for the perfect dining experience.
William's Bar & Bistro
This bar bistro has a comfortable, unhurried and sophisticated atmosphere. It is the ideal place to relax over a cocktail or coffee, and has the added advantage of a bistro menu of classic dishes created by the hotel’s Executive Chef, William Drabble.
The menu is made using the best British produce, sourced from a number of small suppliers who share William Drabble’s passion for only the best ingredients. It is perfect for light lunches, pre and post theatre dinners or for supper.
Originally devised in the mid 1800s by Anna, Duchess of Bedford as a snack to fill the long gap between lunch and dinner, Afternoon Tea quickly became a meal in itself and the opportunity to take a complete break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
St. James's Hotel & Club offers an exciting Board Game Afternoon Tea concept, called "It's All In the Game", designed by Executive Head Chef, William Drabble. The theme of the afternoon tea is based around original board games, including traditional favourites such as: Snakes & Ladders, Backgammon, Chess, Monopoly, Scrabble, Dominoes and Ludo, all available to play at the hotel.
William brings the same attention to detail and quest for perfection to each element of Afternoon Tea as he does to the most elaborately prepared lunch or dinner. Served in the stylish surroundings of Williams Bar and Bistro, the St.James's Afternoon Tea is a true delight.
