Your Destination —
London's mix of grandeur, history, style and culture seems to get more enticing by the year. It charms with leafy Royal parks, free world-class art galleries and frothy ale amid wood-clad pubs; it intrigues with ancient streets and grand architecture and excites with the neon-lit West End. The perfect blend of past and present.

Flemings Mayfair Hotel 5* has an incredible restaurant with Michelin starred Shaun Rankin acting as Executive Chef. The stunning art deco inspired interior of the Ormer Mayfair is awash with 1920’s glamour and artistry. Leather banquette seating, dark wood panelling and glass tiles are complimented with the delicate highlights of the bronze lighting.
Shaun’s venture with the Flemings Hotel Mayfair 5* will run alongside his current Jersey restaurant. His love for the island and its local food will be reflected in the Ormer Mayfair menu, by offering seasonal Jersey produce including fresh lobster, crab, oysters, hand-dived scallops, Jersey royals and hand-picked shoreline foraged herbs.
The building's history is reflected in the elegant decor that has been installed in this room. Large sash windows bathe the room is an abundance of natural light while the marble fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere while you sip at a warming cup of tea or a delicious martini.
The room’s heritage is further complemented by exquisite hand-painted wall panels by famous de Gournay depicting early views of India and ‘The Tree of Life’ by upcoming intuitive painter Eileen Schaer. Bookcases on either side of the fireplace display a fascinating collection of art books from Assouline for guests to enjoy and peruse at leisure.
