By Road
Follow signs to Central London, then head towards Trafalgar Square. Pass through Trafalgar Square leaving the National Gallery on your left and continue into Duncan Street. At the traffic lights, you’ll see Charing Cross station ahead and to the right of you. Drive into the station access road in order to check in and drop your luggage at the hotel, which is directly above the station.
 
Car parking is available in the Spring Gardens car park (across Whitehall) at an additional charge. To programme your sat-nav, use the postcode WC2N 5HX.
 
By Rail
Mainline rail: London Charing Cross station is adjacent to the hotel
 
London Underground: Charing Cross Tube station is next door to the hotel; Embankment Tube station is 100m away.
 
From the Airport
If you’re flying into London City Airport, take the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) to Tower Gateway, then the Circle or District line (westbound) to Embankment.
 
From London Heathrow, we recommend the Heathrow Express: this runs direct from the airport to London Paddington in just 15 minutes (20 from Terminal 5) and there’s a train every quarter of an hour. The Gatwick Express runs a similar service into Victoria. From either terminus, you can take the Underground (District and Circle lines) to Embankment station, 100m from Amba Charing Cross.

Meet & Greet

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents

Flight Inclusive Offers

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
