Fill up on a deliciously indulgent breakfast menu which includes smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, eggs benedict with smoked ham hock, chorizo and spinach hash and of course, the full English!
The Michelin recommended Four Seasons Restaurant focuses on regional, seasonal cuisine, served in an elegant wood-pannelled dining room, overlooking the gardens and the deer park.
Many of the vegetables, fruit and herbs are grown in the hotel's walled Victorian Garden, and local farmers provide the freshest meat, fish, eggs and poultry.
The Four Seasons' numerous awards include 3 AA Rosettes, making it the highest rated restaurant in Staffordshire, and it has been a regular winner in the Taste of Staffordshire Awards and in the Staffordshire Tourism Awards.
Guest can choose from a la carte or tasting menus Tuesday to Saturday.
