The Grill - L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa is renowned for its fine, locally caught seafood that is carefully prepared by Executive Chef Andrew Soddy in the Grill Restaurant, awarded 2 AA Rosettes. The chefs regularly visit the harbour to inspect and select the finest freshly caught seafood, before preparing dishes to order and seasoning them with garden-fresh herbs and delicate spices. The experienced team will of course then be on hand to help select the right wine.
The Atlantic Room - The Brasserie offers a more relaxed dining option for guests, serving a range of light snacks and meals in a modern and stylish setting. Located adjacent to the lounge with views over the ocean and St Brelade’s Bay.
The Terrace - Open during the summer months, weather permitting, the chefs prepare all food fresh to order using the outside kitchen and grill.
