A stay at the Château la Chaire is a break from your busy life and a haven for rest, recuperation and peace. Once used as grounds for the famous botanist Samuel Curtis in the mid-19th century, the hotel maintains the natural beauty of its surroundings.

Your dinner will be served at The Chateau Restaurant on your first night, and the nearby pub on the remaining nights.

'La Chaire' Restaurant
Indulge in a gastronomic treat at the hotel's main restaurant, honoured with 2 AA Rosettes for its delicious food. Blending classic French food with the warmth of British cuisine, the menu offers fine dining delights cooked with the freshest local produce. Catering for the traditional diner as well as those who appreciate a little creativity, the chefs at the restaurant have been commended for their beautiful dishes that highlight the local fresh fish and seafood.
The Rozel Pub & Dining
The recently refurbished local pub is the only pub on the island recommended by the Michelin Guide and has been recommended for the AA Good Pub Guide for 2017. Offering an array of real ale and wines, the pub's menu consists of the classics with a focus on seafood. The Fisherman's platter comes highly recommended for a refreshing taste of the sea.
