Occupying a generous 2.8 hectares, located on a sloping hillside with panoramic coastal views overlooking Tean Sound and Tresco, all 30 of Karma St. Martin's guest bedrooms enjoy stunning sea views.

Getting There —
Transport is not included with this offer. Possible travel options include:
Sleeper train from Paddington and then ferry from Penzance
Take the overnight sleeper train by First Great Western called the 'Night Riviera' from London Paddington to Penzance.
The train arrives at approximately 8:10am which is plenty of time to catch the 9:30 ferry from Penzance to St. Mary's. For timetable information, please click here.
If you book a sleeper you have free access to the First Class lounge at Paddington to start your holiday in style.
The ferry takes 2hrs 40 minutes and it is advisable to take sea sickness tablets as a precaution.
Once at St. Mary's you can take the 12:30pm St. Martin's boat (this is subject to slight change according to tides so guests need to check the board at the quay).
One way is £4.50 payable directly on board. The boat will drop you at the quay right in front of the hotel where the front office team will greet you and help with luggage.
The boat takes approx. 20 minutes. This boat is twice daily (12:30pm and 3pm).
Flights - you can fly from Newquay, Exeter, and Lands End
The flights arrive at St. Mary's where transport by minibus is available at £16 return to take you to St. Mary's quay (10 minutes) where you can again take the boat. (Twice a day, 12:30pm and 3pm)
If you miss the two St. Martin's boat then it is possible to take the special boat (taxi boat) that costs £45 (price per boat, not per person).
Train & Flight - Sleeper from Paddington and then fly from Lands End
Take a sleeper train from Paddington to Penzance station. Transport from Penzance station to the airport is available at a cost of £6 per person each way. For timetable information, please click here.
You can then take appropriate transport from Lands End to the hotel, as specified above.
