Michelin starred chef Michael Chapman serves up the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients from Berkshire’s best suppliers, with fish and seafood brought in daily from Brixham’s fishing boats. Menus change on a daily basis, but you can expect dishes such as Winter chanterelle tortellini, Wild Berkshire rabbit terrine or Cornish halibut with caramelised cauliflower.

The hotel site has been the home of multiple inns and pubs since 1760, and the current owners have carefully brought its traditional charm back to life, with wood burning stoves, flagstone floors and rustic comfortable furniture.
