Please take note of the following advice for using the spa and gym (these are guidelines only, and subject to change without prior notice):

  • All facilities will be deep cleaned at regular intervals throughout the day.
  • The pool is open in one hour slots from 7:30am - 8:30pm.
  • The gym will be open for one hour slots from 7am - 9pm, with a maximum of 16 people in the gym at any one time.
  • Access to a pool slot is only guaranteed when you book a treatment at Spa6.
  • Please arrive promptly, and be patient, as staff may need a little extra time to clean and sanitise changing rooms, poolsides and treatment rooms.
  • A one-hour booking includes changing time.
  • Spa therapists will be wearing PPE.
  • Please wear a mask for spa treatments
  • The hotel is  operating a cashless system – please pay for any treatment prior to arrival.
  • For the wellbeing of guests and colleagues, your temperature may be taken on arrival.
  • Hand sanitising stations will be available to use and physical distancing markers will be in place.
  • Please bring your own pool footwear and water bottle.
  • If you’re using the gym, please arrive in your gym kit and bring your own water bottle.
  • Saunas and jacuzzis are not available for use until further notice.
  • Please be courteous to other guests by leaving public areas clean and tidy – and please wipe gym equipment before and after use.
  • Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the gym.
  • Unfortunately, no spa day packages will be offered until further notice.
