Tucked away at the end of a long drive and hidden amongst rolling hills and verdant trees, Trewhiddle Village 4* is a holiday haven brimming with charm. Magnificent cliffs brimming with wildflowers tower over beautiful beaches where the scent of freshly caught fish is carried on a salty breeze. Friendly cafés selling ice cream and pasties spill onto cobbled streets, where colourful buckets and spades, crab lines and bright beach towels are sold from tiny shops nestled down narrow alleys. A trip to Cornwall wouldn’t be complete without sampling the cornucopia of seaside delights available in colourful towns across the county, from saffron buns and stargazy pie to salty pilchards and cider.  
 
The adventurous visitor will enjoy following the twists and turns of the South West Coast Path, pausing for pints of heady local cider along the way. Abandoned mines stretch tall and act as historic markers along the rugged, winding coast. The ruins of Tintagel, Restormel Castle and Launceston Castle are reminders of the ancient past of enchanting Kernow. Down on the shore, surf enthusiasts will enjoy the crashing waves of Newquay, Bude and St Ives, where a mild climate and warm water attract hikers, families and holiday-goers alike.
