The lounge diner is attractively furnished and has patio doors which open out on to the furnished patio area with lovely views. A few steps lead up to the fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, washer drier and coffee maker.
Upstairs again is the double bedroom with king size bed, ample storage, 40" TV and furnished balcony overlooking the East Looe river and fields beyond. The spacious en suite bathroom has a wonderful roll top bath and separate shower cubicle.
The property has parking and wifi and Looe town centre with its bustling harbour, numerous shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants is a 5 - 10 minute walk. The owners have thought of every touch including complimentary drinks, biscuits, toiletries, use of robes and a voucher for a cream tea overlooking the sea.
