Leisurely sip an aperitif in the atmospheric Cocktail Bar before making your way to your table for dinner. And what a dinner it will be. Seven courses of perfectly prepared and presented dishes from our tasting menu, matched lovingly with two wines to each dish, for you to decide which you prefer. A sheer feast for the senses.
And once you’re rested, the next morning the hotel will welcome you down to a full English breakfast – or something a bit lighter if you prefer.
So delightful was each dish that the wine was almost cast into the shadows. The sweet onion velouté with foie gras was delicate and delicious. Any guilt I felt about eating it was compounded by the earthily sweet pressed rabbit and parsley terrine with apricot and mustard, which followed...
