Your Itinerary In Detail —
Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul
- Upon arrival at the airport, meet your driver (Gate 8 at at IST Airport or Gate 10 at SAW Airport - Meeting point = CEO34)
- Transfer to The Byzantium Hotel 4* or Taksim Hotel 4* (or similar).

Day 2: Istanbul
Situated on the narrow strait between the Black Sea and the Marmara Sea, Istanbul has long been a bridge between Asia and Europe, both geographically and culturally. As the final stage on the legendary Silk Road, the cultural diversity of Istanbul is tangible, even to this day. For a city with a fascinating history of 2,500 years waiting to be explored ,the city also boasts cosmopolitan restaurants, bars and shops, cool boutique hotels and live music venues - ideal for those looking to be immersed in the fast-paced, modern side of Istanbul.
- After breakfast, hotel pick up at 08h15 for Best of Old City Tour.
- Visit Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Grand Covered Bazaar, Topkapi Palace, Aya Irene Church. Museum entry tickets are included.
- Enjoy an included lunch at Buhara 93 Restaurant (3-course lunch and one drink included).
- Transfer back to your hotel.

Day 3: Istanbul to Cappadocia
- After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and transfer to the airport for your flight to Cappadocia with Pegasus or Anadolu Jet.
- Apprioximate departure time: 06h35, estimated arrival time in Cappadocia: 08h35.
- Upon arrival in Cappadocia, enjoy an inlcuded transfer from the airport to hotel.
- Enjoy a 4-course dinner copmprising soup, Turkish sauteed spiced lamb, salad and desert (excluding drinks).

Day 4: Cappadocia
Cappadocia is a stunning area of rock formations, subterranean churches and underground dwellings. This intriguing place was a refuge for early Christians, who escaped persecution by living and worshipping underground. There are an estimated 3,000 rock churches in the region, not all of which are open to the public, the existence of which was discovered by chance in 1907 by a French Jesuit scholar. Some of the most impressive of the churches are located in the Goreme Open Air Museum, which date from the 9th and 11th centuries and have stunning wall paintings.
The village of Goreme itself is at the heart of the area's tourist industry, and many of its villagers still live in cave dwellings, some of which have been converted into boutique hotels. Surrounding the area are the amazing rock formations known evocatively as Peri Bacalari, or 'Fairy Chimneys'.
There are hundreds of underground cities in the region. Two of the most impressive are Kaymakli, which has 8 levels, and Derinkuyu, which reaches down to 55 metres. To escape the crowds, visit the picturesque Soganli Valley, with its many houses, tombs and churches, displaying excellent examples of Byzantine paintings.
- After breakfast, depart on your excursion., choosing between the Green or Red Tour.
- The Red Tour includes lunch (excluding drinks), a guide, entrance fees and transportation.
- Visit Paaba Valley (Monks Valley), Cavusin Old Greek Village, Pottery Demonstration in Avanos, Devrent Valley, Ürgüp Fairy Chimneys, Love Valley and enjoy a traditional Turkish carpet demonstration.
- The Green Tour includes lunch (excluding drinks), a guide, entrance fees and transportation:
- Visit Göreme Panoroma (with an in-built photo opportunity), Underground City, 3 km of valley hiking, monastery visit, Pigeon Valley and enjoy a demonstration of Onyx Stones.
Day 5: Cappadocia to Istanbul
- After breakfast at Hotel transfer to Cappadocia Airport for the return flight to Istanbul with Pegasus or Anadolu Jet.
- Apprioximate departure time: 20h00, approximate arrival time in Istanbul: 22h00.
- Upon arrival in Istanbul, enjoy an inlcuded transfer from the airport to the Byzantium Hotel 4* or Taksim Hotel 4*.

Day 6: Departure
After breakfast check-out from the hotel and transfer to IST or SAW Airport for your flight home.
