Day 1 Arusha
Arrive Kilimanjaro Airport, where you are met and transferred to your hotel located a short distance from Arusha Town Centre. Overnight Ilboru Safari Lodge on bed and breakfast basis
Day 2 Arusha - Lake Manyara
Morning at leisure and safari briefing followed by lunch. Afternoon join seat in vehicle safari and you depart Arusha passing through the Masai Steppe filled with many picturesque African villages as well as maize, coffee and banana plantations. At the town of Makuyuni you turn North West and continue the village of Mto wa Mbu where you will find your camp ready to welcome you for your relaxing stay. Overnight at Manyara Wildlife Safari Camp on full board basis.
Manyara Wildlife Safari Camp - Standard Tented Room
Somewhere in the middle of the rolling grasslands of Tanzania, against the dramatic angles of the Rift Valley Escarpment and the overlooking Lake Manyara stands The Lake Manyara Wildlife Camp. The 600 meter high golden Rift Valley Escarpment creates a crater on the edge of which the camp is located.
Lake Manyara Wildlife Camp is able to offer the most luxurious safari accommodations while remaining true to the natural element of the safari experience. The camp comprises of ten luxurious canvas tented lodgings and sixteen self-contained cottages, all with private balconies overlooking the real Africa, majestic, unfiltered and unadorned. The Honeymoon suite is particularly impressive, with two private viewing decks, Jacuzzi bathtub and King Size bed with rich furnishings including luxury bathrobes.
Day 3 Lake Manyara National Park - Serengeti National Park
After breakfast there is a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park that returns to the camp for lunch. Leaving Lake Manyara behind, the journey continues North West across the stunning hilly countryside of the highlands which is filled with wheat and coffee plantations, and then into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. From here lie the vast plains of the Serengeti, where you’ll hopefully start spotting game well before you get into the park. Overnight at Kati Kati Camp on a full board basis
Kati Kati Camp
A semi-permanent tented camp located in Central Serengeti, strategically located to cover the vast Serengeti Plains. The camp offers comfortable accommodation and a unique opportunity to enjoy a real safari camp experience.
A cosy mess tent isolated in the centre of the camp where meals are served. The campfire is ready every evening for appetisers and snacks before dinner. The camp offers 15 tents with en suite facilities.
Day 4 Serengeti National Park
Morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti National Park. Overnight at Kati Kati Camp on a full board basis
Day 5 Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast you depart for Ngorongoro viewing game across the vast Serengeti plains, stopping off en route for your picnic lunch. You then continue your journey towards Ngorongoro where you pass along the rim of the crater and descend to the park gate and you lodge, just a short distance away.

A small and exclusive lodge facing the Oldeani Volcano, only 5 kilometres from the Ngorongoro Lolduare Gate, was built to offer our clients an original experience reminiscent of the atmosphere of the old days.
Ngorongoro Farm House was inaugurated on February 20th 2003, and is offering 52 room cottages, 49 standard rooms and 3 suite rooms, all with ample space inside, built on the style of an old colonial farm and rustically decorated with local materials and full of details of good taste, with the purpose of offering our clients an imaginary journey to the life of the days gone.
Day 6 Ngorongoro Crater
A highlight awaits you this morning as you depart to explore what is commonly referred to as the World’s largest wildlife zoo. After breakfast, you descend with a picnic lunch through the early morning mists and 2,000 feet into the crater. Ngorongoro Crater is the World’s largest intact volcanic caldera. Due to its size and diversity, the crater floor is comprised of several distinct areas, ranging from forest, swamps, lakes and springs, to open grassland and some sandy dunes. It’s an awesome wildlife experience. Lunch is served near a small lake filled with hippos. You then continue game viewing before returning to the crater’s rim and your lodge. Overnight at Ngorongoro Farmhouse / Tloma Lodge on a full board basis.
Day 7 Ngorongoro Crater - Tarangire National Park
Departing Ngorongoro Crater after breakfast, head south east past Lake Manyara and Mto wa Mbu village. Through the highlands and the Karatu district, you’ll view the scenic wheat plains and coffee plantations here before journeying down the spectacular escarpment where you turn south on to the main Arusha – Dodoma road. You stop at the camp for lunch and then travel a short distance to the Tarangire Park Gate where you spend the afternoon game viewing and enjoying the sight of majestic baobab trees. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight. Overnight at Lake Burunge Tented Camp on a full board basis
Lake Burunge Tented Camp
Situated on the shores of Lake Burunge and located in the migratory corridor of Manyara and Tarangire, Lake Burunge Tented Camp is only 20-minute drive away from Tarangire National Park.
This relatively large camp has twenty thatched guest rooms and pleasant elevated public areas. Tented Camp consists of 20 Luxury Tents and 10 Lodge Rooms nestled in a shady bush land grove, with spectacular views onto Lake Burunge, just 10 minutes away from Tarangire National Park. The room’s configuration consists of 19 Twins, 7 Kings and 4 Triples. All rooms at Lake Burunge offer large beds with mosquito netting, en-suite bathrooms with built in showers, private verandas and views of Tarangire National Park and Burunge Lake. Rooms are furnished with bedside table and bedside light, luggage rack, dressing table and safari chairs. Electric lighting and A/C (for charging batteries) is provided through solar power.
Lake Burunge Tented Camp offers both refreshing outdoor and cosy indoor dining, whilst guests who are looking for extra privacy can arrange for private dining on decks. The main building offers a central lounge and bar/dining area built on a raised wooden deck. This elevated platform is the ideal venue for guests to relax and enjoy a sundowner whilst the sun disappears over the lake, or to simply sit and enjoy the warm fire place. Breakfast offers both cooked and fresh options. Picnics can be made by arrangement. The bar (open until the last guest retires for the night) is located on a delightful elevated wooden platform, affording spectacular views.
Day 8 Tarangire National Park – Arusha - Zanzibar
Depart after breakfast and head north east to Arusha. The journey will pass through the Masai Steppe filled with many picturesque African villages as well as maize, coffee and banana plantations. On arrival in Arusha you will be provided lunch followed by transfer to Airport for schedule flight home or to Zanzibar+ transfer to Kasha Boutique Hotel for 3 or 7 nights in sea view villa on half board basis
Day 11 or 15 Depart
Transfer to Zanzibar airport.

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.
Transfers: Shared transfers are provided throughout as per itinerary.
Need to Know —
Passengers arriving to Tanzania may be asked to present a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.
Transfers may be in a two wheel drive 7 passenger minibus or 24 passenger coach.
All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them for internal flights.
Luggage
Due to limited luggage space in vehicles, suitcases are unsuitable for scheduled road safaris. We recommend luggage packed in inexpensive soft sided bags not exceeding 15kgs and 65 x 46cm.
Baggage on internal flights is strictly limited to 15kgs per person (including hand luggage) This is regardless of the international flight luggage allowance. Any excess baggage will be charged by the airline at check-in.
Excess luggage can be handed over to the representative at time of briefing. It will be handed over to you on your return from safari. Additional costs may apply to pick up drop off luggage at specific points.
