 Spend a day on an incredible sea safari on a dhow, a traditional wooden boat, and sail around mangroves, coral reefs and white sandbanks, swimming, diving and trying to sport dolphins in the wild.

Explore the most famous marine conservation area in the Northeast of Zanzibar. The Tanzanian Shilling (TZS) is the local currency, though US dollars are widely accepted. The best time to visit is during the dry season, from June to October, when wildlife sightings are at their peak. Zanzibar is a year-round destination, but the coastal areas may see more rain during the long rains (March to May). Flights to Tanzania typically land at Dar es Salaam or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO).
